Response time was incredibly fast! The problem with the air conditioner was fully explained to me and was corrected. It was suggested that I buy a maintenance plan, which I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roussos Air Conditioning for their quality service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Their customer service rep answering the phone who was so helpful when I called. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else in the future.
