Service Technician
~ HVAC experienced preferred, NATE-certified a plus
~ Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
~ High school diploma or equivalent
~ Valid driver's License and clean driving record; must meet insurance underwriting requirements
~ Drug-free workplace - pre-hire and random tests are applicable
~ Clean background; must be able to pass a background screening
~ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds team lifting
~ Ability to climb ladders and access both attics and crawl spaces

Duct Cleaning Technician - Will Train
A duct cleaning technician is required to clean, with powered equipment, duct systems for residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems in a variety of locations. This may require using ladders of varying heights and working in confined spaces such as closets, attics and crawl spaces. The use of mild cleaning chemicals, and solvents is also common.
This position is open to applicants with no experience and training is provided. Applicant should be able to communicate clearly, speak English and and use iPads and cellular telephones provided by the company to record time, navigate to jobs, prepare basic job reports, take photos and prepare invoices.
Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate: TBD - Above minimum wage.
